(33) And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.
Surat Al-Araf. 7,12
(11) [Allah] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?" [Satan] said, "I am better than him (Superior). You created me from fire and created him from clay." (12) [Allah] said, "Descend from Paradise, for it is not for you to be arrogant therein. So, get out; indeed, you are of the debased.
Surat Hujarat. 49,12
(12) O mankind, indeed, we have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
Sunnah of the Great Prophet
In the Prophet Mohammed's last sermon, he stated that an Arab is not superior to a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not superior to an Arab and that a white has no superiority over a black or a black over a white except by piety and good action.
Surat Hujurat. 49, 5.
(5) O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, you may harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.
